Albert Pillar of the Community United States 1915 Posts	Posted 07/26/2023 11:40 pm Grading has never been much concern for my collecting. I did read somewhere, maybe in Krause, that grading for world coins differs from how American coins are graded. Not sure how these various grading companies deal with that. If I ever submitted a coin, I'd do it just to confirm or deny authenticity, but I wouldn't give a hoot about some person's subjective opinion of a grade. Wouldn't surprise me even if some of these people could even get an authentic coin to be non-genuine or perhaps a non-genuine coin to be authentic. Report this Post to the Staff
