1995-P Nickel Some Kind Of Error.

So I got this raised line going on through the nickel. Sometimes it looks like lettering, sometimes it looks like a plating bubble, except that its not possible on a nickel. Can anybody identify what that is?

That's what I'm thinking too - some sort of lamination.
