Looks like Machine Doubling to me. That was pretty common on cents in the late 1960s and yours seems to be a good example of this.

That's Machine Doubling. It's only worth face value, so it would be a waste of time and money to get it graded.

It does not seem to match either listing on VarietyVista, and also seems to have all the indicators of machine push doubling. Still a cool coin.
