Yep, it's a replica - probably pewter, from the colour of it - of an Oxford crown of Charles I, the extremely scarce variety known as "Rawlins' crown", named after the artist who designed it. Genuine examples are rare (there are only about a dozen known, and most of those are in museums) and highly sought after (the catalogue value of such a coin, in this condition, would be about £200,000). Replicas like this, not so much; these guys are selling a prooflike replica for £12.
