Extreme luster but that field hit.... does it hold the grade down?

What do you think?

Left obverse field tick holds it to MS-65RD.

fields are pretty clean other than the hit. weak strike obv (typical). obv rim looks pretty clean, I see a small mark on the cheek bone under the eye and a few of the marks on shoulder are not die related. rev rim is good as well with only 1 tiny mark. luster is good. can't tell under steps if the luster is all there. not seeing any discoloration in the fields. there are a few marks on the steps

the obv hit most likely will keep it from a 67. I think its a solid MS65RD tough call to make 66

We have agreement, that field hit to the obverse really hurts. A few small, minor stains on the reverse.

I like this as a strong 65RD.
