Hello Everyone! recently purchased a small collection of coins and this was the highlight. I don't know much about grading older US coins so I have no idea of it is AU, MS or XF. any and all opinions are welcome. there is a ding on the top and bottom of the rim on the obverse as well as what looks to be a de-lam on the reverse rim around the 3:30-5:00 area. Not sure how much those have an affect on grade.

I'll say AU-55 sharpness, but might be a details coin because of rim damage.

AU-53, like CF said, maybe details for same reason. Given the size of these, I think they might let them slide.

I think it's a 55 but I don't think the few rim dings would hurt it.

Thanks for all the grading! Once I have a few coins worth submitting for grade I'll send this one in and post what it gets.
