Hello, ladies and gentlemen! I am making my yearly visit as I have a couple errors, I don't know exactly what they are and know you experienced coin collectors and searchers can help me. Any help is greatly appreciated, and I just want to say thanks in advance. I feel like it is some kind of railroad rim error, but I wanted to be sure.

Used to be encased at some point. PMD. Not an error.

John1 - 'railroad rim' does not appear in error-ref.

But it does appear that it was encased at some point..

What does it mean when you guys say it was encased at one time? Also, thanks for the error reference page I have it saved in my favorites now.
