I came across sealed full cent tubes labeled "ANACS MS 65 RD or Better". The label is not broken on the tubes. So my question is how reliable is the ANACS grading on these?

By the way, its a 2009 4 tube set (3 Ps and 1 D).

Pics would help, but I'd be skeptical of a description like this.

So do they look through them before they plastic tube them? Or do they just go by rim condition?

I have no idea. I would assume ANACS graded them before they were tubed, sealed, and then sold that way. I did find a few on ebay since and even Great Collections auctioned off a tube of them.

I think I'm going to pass these up. First because for them to be worth anything they would need to be individually graded and second because the "inaugural edition" tube appears to be cracked on top.
