Can ANACS Conserve Black Dots On 2009 Pennies

Some say it's due to the way the planchets are washed/treated at the Mint. Also, not worth having them graded, as it would be a waste of money. Report this Post to the Staff

The satin set is generally high grade and made of bronze so it won't generally get the black dots from zinc rot.
