I have 6 2009 red Pennie's that r in really good shap but over time black blemishes started showing up. Does anybody know if they can get rid of those black dots on 2009 Pennies by Conserving them?

You see this all the time on newer Zincolns, and there's not much you can do about it. Some say it's due to the way the planchets are washed/treated at the Mint. Also, not worth having them graded, as it would be a waste of money.
The 2009 are the life of Lincoln series, you are better off buying the set in satin for a few dollars. The satin set is generally high grade and made of bronze so it won't generally get the black dots from zinc rot.
