I don't think this a Snow 7 clash from the pictures you provided. The picture is from Rick Snow's book. It is a rare clash. He said that only 50 probably exist. Right now the main grading companies have grade nearly 100 combined. I have one in my collection and the main indicator is an oval like loop around part of the N and E in ONE. I don't see that with your coin.

Sorry I meant Snow 8 not Snow 7. The Snow 7 has an obvers clash with a $20 coin.

I'm not seeing the markers for a Snow-8. Even with the gunk on the reverse you should be able to see the outline of the clash. Here's a couple angles of my example to compare:
