Spence Moderator United States 34453 Posts	Posted 07/21/2025 9:06 pm In addition to the circulation flattening and light damage, the post on the die may have been mostly broken so that the letter D was mostly filled in with the as-struck condition. Regardless of the cause, it doesn't add to the numismatic premium for this coin.
