I recently added a label to all the proof coins. The modern clad coinage doesn't impress me, so I don't collect modern coinage. But I won't get a proof album, if I can find a nice proof instead of a common date (P) coin, I'll put a proof in instead. For completionist scenarios, I think it would bother me not having the business strike at least in the album, even if it's not in the assigned port.
