1865 3-Cent Piece

Ok. Here's one of our "baby" coins. (I say that because I LOVE IT!!!) Anyways, I don't have much experience in dealing with or grading 3-cent pieces, can someone help out on a grade for this one?

Oh, and by the way, the wife thinks there may be a die clash involved as well. I can see evidence of this, but the pics don't really show it all that well. Please, give your thoughts on it as well.

For the grade I'd say VF30-35.Too much wear to go EF.
