Long time since my last post.

So I came across this really beat up penny. I'd assume its a strike through but of what I don't know. I mainly just wanted to get more opinions and also to ask if it's worth grading since it is really beat.

I appreciate any thoughts on this.

Also sorry I still haven't invested in a proper Coin Camera, so this is best I can do.
