That's a Cud, an error made by a broken section of the die. This coin is also an uncentered broadstrike, as it was struck imperfectly outside of its collar. In PCGS MS62, this piece serves us double the errors and double the fun this Mint Error Monday. What are the most errors you've seen on a single coin?
