Hello team,

This looks to me as lamination error on both obverse and reverse plus post minting scrapes most likely during election, maybe feeder finger ?

What say y'all?

Not a Lamination error. Just the result of heavy PMD. https://www.error-ref.com/lamination-cracks/ Also, PMD means it got damaged after leaving the mint, so it's not an error. It's not the same as an actual error. They're different.

It appears to me that someone took some long-nosed pliers, held onto the coin tightly with the pliers, then applied a dremel or something similar to both sides of the coin.

But that's just a guess. With post-mint damage, unless you've got footage or eyewitness testimony, it's often impossible to be certain exactly what caused the damage.

This is not a lamination - it looks like a pair of needle nose plier was pressed on it to create that impression. the rest looks like road rash.
