I'm pretty sure this is a 1944D-1DO-001. I actualy found one of these 3 days ago, so this morning is a morning of second helpings.

honestly, I think this batch of wheats which were hoarded by a funeral parlor guy back in the 50's, just sat in old milk cans until I bought them. I don't think anyone has looked at them, at least for varieties, since varieties have become a part of the collecting community. Just guessing, but I'm pulling a lot of stuff out of these bags which is really unusual for this day.
