First, I don't see it listed on my go-to website for these sorts of things (tokencatalog.com). Please consider asking them to add it if you get a chance. I did find your token on page 135 (#602) of Peter Menzel's reference, "German-Speaking Emergency Coins and Substitute Currency Tokens at Home and Abroad: 1840 to 2002" (*.pdf link to this german-language book here: https://wertmarkenforum.de/Download...abeorte.pdf). It was issued in Altona on the Elbe (which as you noted is part of Hamburg).
