Posted in the grading forum as well, but asking separately here for clarity's sake.

Do you think this is an improper alloy mix or just odd toning / etc.?

I'm leaning towards alloy mix, as it flows through devices without a buildup of "gunk", but a second opinion would be greatly appreciated.
