Errers and Varietys Bedrock of the Community United States 75432 Posts	Posted 06/14/2026 11:23 pm I'm thinking that it could be Machine Doubling. I'm not 100% definite. I looked through all of the Doubled Dies listed, and none of them looked like yours. Also, Doubled Dies are varieties, not errors. Errers and Varietys. rmpsrpms Pillar of the Community United States 4038 Posts	Posted 06/15/2026 8:40 pm Actually, quite intriguing. Looks more like Die Doubling than MD, at least in the B. The doubling on the E looks more like MD. But Die Doubling occurring only on the B is very unusual. This timeframe was when the mint was experimenting with changes to LIBERTY to reduce BIE formation, so maybe this has something to do with that effort?
