I'd think VF-35, close to XF. Tough coin to find in higher circulated grades. Surfaces look original. The dark toning at T of LIBERTY might be of concern but it doesn't seem to reach the level of environmental damage.

really nice circulated example. I dont think the light scratch from obv K7 NE to skirt would detail it. its been toned over for quite a while
i think its close enough to pull XF40

Looks like XF40 to me but the breast and right leg of the eagle in the reverse seem to have some light corrosion.
