1985-D Dime With Weak Rims And Reeds. Weak Strike?

Ran across this dime in a roll. The obverse rim is basically non-existent. The other features are struck relatively well. The reverse seems to be a late die state, and the lower rims are also mostly missing. The reeds are weakly struck. I thought it might be a thin planchet, but the mass is right on the nose at 2.27g. My best guess is a weak strike, but it's a bit odd that the central devices are so well struck.

We had another one just like it posted today. It's called Inadequate Upset. It's very common on these 1985 -D Dimes for some reason. https://goccf.com/t/458622

I agree, it does look just like the other 1985-D dimes with inadequate upset.
