I like ANZAC biscuits. I make them every year.
Some like them chewy, some like them hard,
so I have to adjust the cooking time accordingly.

Hmmm. I wasn't familiar with ANZAC bikkies, but now I've got a vegan gluten-free recipe. Just need to find some golden syrup, or a suitable replacement.
