i think the strike would preclude a 67 grade. I'm sure they liked the gold toning. MS65+

I'll be first: But I've been wrong many times with pictures like this.
IMHO: Looks like a weak strike coin, forming very nice rainbow colors.

Very weak strike for a War Nickel - but that is not supposed to affect the technical grade.

I'm going to say MS64.
