PCGS has graded it PF66, and bidding is already up to $22k. While a fascinating error, I can't imagine paying crazy money for one that was almost certainly intentionally made. Since the different grading companies use various qualifiers for artificial/questionable toning or color, I don't see why there couldn't be some qualifier for errors that are most likely intentionally manufactured.
