They offered it to you at $28 plus shipping, $33 total. Let's say he's shipping it to you for free, and it's a first-year-issue slab coin. IMHO, I would say yes if you're really interested; buy it! I have a thing about the Bluenose schooner on the reverse so I'm looking for Bluenose items. I'm putting a small collection together with the Bluenose and so far I have a painting on my wall, a stamp and a souvenir stamp from a stamp show. Are there any banknotes with the Bluenose on it? If you like plastic Encased Coins to start your collection, then go ahead and buy it. Just remember that they ebay prices are in US dollars.
