panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18864 Posts	Posted Today 2H 31M ago i think the mark at K3 obv is a planchet flaw and the marks along the rev rim from K10-K12 as well as the marks on the O in one are die deteriation. not sure how they look at these as it was how it left the mint. those longer scratches on the reverse I'm going with that they are on the holder.
