1965 Canadian Nickel Collar Cracks/Wide Collar(?)

I'm not positive on what this is, any help appreciated!

Cracks are located at k6 & k11ish, diameter is minutely over at 0.836" / 21.23mm over 0.835" / 21.21mm nominal by dial caliper. Weight is nominal at the resolution I can measure.

Looks like a Collar Crack to me. Maybe the collar was starting to fail.
