The coin has been recently put in a PCGS holder and the original photos posted are PCGS True Views that show the coin with light brown toning. I am not sure why PCGS puts out photos that the color is off. My photos show the color as it looks in hand. The seller's photos made the coin look dark. Below are three different photos and the challenges that we face buying from photo's online.

thats crazy. if you did not see these side by side one could say they were different coins. just goes to show you that photos are deceiving. I would never go by TV photos, however, it is showing that mark in front of the mouth where in the other two photos its not as noticeable. I think you just need to look at the coin in hand and decide which photo best represents the coin in hand.

personally I like your photo and if I didnt know they were the same coin I would go with yours
