Obverse has a few rim ticks and chatter on coat. reverse that darn center hit Tough call because you've been sharing some wonderful coins with us. I'm going with 65+
For some context, I bought this coin pretty much sight unseen on ebay when I was early in my numismatic journey. I frankly don't see how this coin got the ms67 grade unless I am missing something about the reverse gash. There is no doubt that it has gorgeous color and booming luster but technically seems questionable.
Quote: the big question is who would pay to have this graded? I guess to each his own.
It is curious that someone decided to do so. A bit of a head scratcher but they were rewarded for it as much as I can imagine!

agreed. this coin is not 67. strike has a lot to do with it when you get past 65 and that hit right in the sweet spot on the reverse would not pass at that grade.
when you have almost all of those chiming in calling 65 you can probably rest assured its not a 67
best advice...never remove it from the holder and another example of how TPG's are not the be all end all when it comes to grading a coin.
