1969 S LMC Unknown DDR?

I found this possible unknown minor DDR today. I can't see any impact that would have caused raised metal. It looks very similar to DDR-004, just higher and at a more severe angle. I have taken the best pictures I can with slightly different lighting. Please take a look and give me your opinions. Thanks!

Curious if the ddr-004 is a secondary column.

Your last image seems to show a second raised line in the lower left corner as well.
Definitely not from hits.
