Sorry, but it looks like a Close AM to me.

You can be fooled by the apparent space between the A and M. To be sure you need to check the other two primary diagnostics:

The designer initials FG are close to the memorial base on a WAM. On your coin they are far away.

The letter A in STATES is centered between the two T in a WAM. On your coin the A is shifted closer to the 2nd T.

That makes this a CAM to my eye. Let's see what others say.
