ANA - Chief scientist and historian Bob Evans breaks down the history of the S.S. Central America—known as the "Ship of Gold." Sunk in 1857 at a depth of 7,200 feet, its recovery yielded the greatest lost treasure in U.S. history. Check out the ship's bell and the intricate photo-mosaic map mapping out the coin piles on the ocean floor!
