Good morning everyone I'm looking at this 1964 D Jefferson nickel and if you look at the 4 in the date underneath the horizontal bar it looks like doubling or is that from a worn die? Also the ty in liberty. On the reverse the D looks like an RPM South. Again I was comparing it to variety Vista so as always when I'm not sure I turn to you guys. Thank you
