Nice example and interesting background. Thank you for sharing. hokiefan_82 Pillar of the Community United States 3827 Posts	Posted Today 48M ago This isn't anything particularly special, but I was happy to add it to my Arkansas note collection today - a $10 1929 Type 2 note from The FNB of Conway, Arkansas. Conway is a city in central Arkansas about 30 miles north of Little Rock. This charter was the only issuing bank for Conway and also for Faulkner county. The bank was chartered on June 30, 1933 and merged and became part of Regions Bank in 1998. With the late charter date, the bank only issued 1929 Type 2 notes in denominations of $5, $10 and $20. A total of 6926 notes were issued, with 2/3 of those being $5 notes. There were a total of 1718 $10 notes issued. There are currently only five $10 notes and a single $20 note in the census, with only one of those graded higher than this one. There are no known $5 notes from this charter.
