Back when we called him Chuck...
My large Investiture medal marking the day in 1969 that young Chuck became Charles, Prince of Wales. A Royal Mint product, now tastefully toned and thumbprinted. Eimer 2116, 57.5 mm diam., 5mm thick, gilt bronze.

Quote: I think the seller was a little conservative with his grading, he gave the 1932 a VF and the 1933 a F, while I am confident the 32 could do a little better. In most Commonwealth countries the view is that US grading is overly lenient. I'm from the US but have been in NZ for more than two decades now. Maybe Canada follows US standards more, but in the rest of the Commonwealth a US EF would be considered VF.
