I think it's neat that the second strike isn't visible on TRUST, seeing how strong and clear TRUST is. Do you think it went with the struck through" material? That is a very odd determination on their part since its an error & not a variety. I'm guessing you sent a copy of Mike's assessment with it. If so, It makes me wonder if the ANACS attributes might have a chip on their shoulder over his determination overshadowing their attribution. I had a similar incident with a variety submission 2 years ago to them. Seven out of forty came back with no attribution, and my ID tags were not returned, as requested on the form. I felt they were discarded intentionally, so that their attribution could not be challenged. I re-attributed them, but was so disheartened & busy I have not sent them back in yet. Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups. We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow. Report this Post to the Staff
tropicalbats Pillar of the Community United States 6215 Posts	Posted Today 1H 8M ago I have always felt that the variety team at ANACS is second to none among the TPG's, but they just do not excel at errors. I've picked a number of really good errors from coins they have called something minor. Of the 70 coins I sent in only about 10 were errors as I am still more interested in getting the varieties slabbed than error coins. Report this Post to the Staff
