Hi there ANACS early photo certificates collectors. I was lucky enough to purchase the first non-type 10 color photos certificate. I have done a lot of research to see if one was discovered before this one, but I found no info suggestion it did. I was wondering if any of you collectors did own or see or has pictures of another example. The example I have is a type 6 dated March 1984.

I took the liberty in rotating your image, easier to view, this is a nice simple custom holder that some one decided to frame the certificate and the coin together, not sure if the custom holder has the qualified acrylic material to hold the coin in without causing issue in the future. This is a nice little treasure.

Thank you for rotating the picture. I took the picture straight up but for some reason it posted sideways. And I couldn't figure out how to fix it. So thank you again. As for the holder, it was made by a company called Encore Plastics. It produces plastics/acrylic accessories for the medical field. I've only seen another Encore holder that was for a gold krugerang set. The fact that this holder was tailored to the size of the Buffalo nickel, and the fact that I can't find other examples of this holder besides the one mentioned above makes me unsure if both the certificate and the holder were part of this 1984 ANACS experiment. Or just the certificate by itself. And thank you again. I was lucky for sure.
