I received this coin today and other then it's quite thin and made in 1787 and that's a US Nickel 2x2 flip that it's in I have no clue what it is as I don't have a coin book from the 1700's. The coin has almost a translucent orange toning that the scanner didn't capture very well.

Judging by the size it is sixpence. "With hearts" (in Hanoverian shield) variety.

Shilling 25 mm diameter, size of a US quarter.
