1 Cent 2009 Non Magnetic, And Off Center?

John1 Moderator United States 56855 Posts	Posted 03/13/2010 1:43 pm If the front and back are misaligned then it's a misaligned planchet. If only one side is misaligned then it's a misaligned die, I think. If it's an off center strike then the collar has something to do with it. I'm sure a pro will set me straight soon.
