Great coin indeed. I would say XF-45.
What happened to the eye of the lady? Is there a small spot o dirt or is it some oxidation?

Surface dirt only on the eye, now is ok.
I have never similar high grade halfpenny 18 century.

I too would say AU due to how this type of coin was struck.
