I cant tell if the scratch marks are on the coin or if the coin is in a holder with scratch marks. http://www.coinbrowser.com/grading-..._dollar.html I dare say MS60 to 62 depending on how the scratches impact its overall grade. I find the heavy die polish lines very distracting (if it is in fact...un-cleaned) Even without, the machine gun hit on the hair and numerous small hits on the face should keep it from exceeding 63. I run into these coins in the Washington series... I dub them problematic and worth scrap. Report this Post to the Staff
