I have the oportunity to purchase some $5 red ink notes from 1963 for $6 each and am wondering the approximate value in good and up condition. Would this be a good deal? WOLF

red seals? for $6? sure, i'd buy 'em. probably worth $10-$15 depending on condition. $25-$30 uncirculated. I have a 1953 and 1963 $5 red seal. I like the way they look.

Not sure about G-VG but VF-$12 AU-$30 CU-$60. I would pay $6 to add a couple to my collection. They are pretty common with 63,360,000 printed.

Here are the few I've bought. $8ea for the CU and stars. The others were $7...
