Is this dime off center or does it have a mistake in it?

I know the last picture is off color but it seemed to get rid of the shadows better.

The edges on it are a little thicker than a normal dime, and also it has flat edges rather than the typical rounded edges.

It looks like there may be a couple of things going on with this dime. It looks struck off-center which is why there is a thicker rim to the left of the portrait and no rim down by the date. It looks like there may be a die chip in WE also. Very interesting coin.

What might be the cause for the flat outter rim and the rim being thicker on the side than most dimes?
