Help-With-My-Newest-Busty

Got my 2nd and 3rd CBHs. Maybe I will try to make the year set. Any help with attribution would be nice, and grading opinions are welcome too. Looks like a slightly cleaned VG or F to me (though the liberty might hold it back).

The easiest way is the reverse (G).

3 small centering dots near junction of left wing & shield, plus two small spike like defects at upper edge of scroll between the D & S.

The only use of this reverse.

By the way, it is an R-3.
