This is a slightly weak strike. Grease doesn't form such narrow, perfect rings on both faces. Also, it appears that the coin retains a beveled rim/edge junction, which would also be consistent with a weaker-than-normal strike. Finally, your observation of weaker-than-normal reeding is consistent with a weak strike.
