I got this bill in a coin lot I purchased and it appears to have no green ink on the back and very faded green ink on the front. The back has a tan color. Is this a misprint? If so, is their a premium on this note. My first thoughts are that this is a fake, but I can see the fibers in the paper.

IMHO it is not a fake. It looks like it went through one to many washes.
