Absolutely not, the fields are the priority. If there was a hit in the obverse fields, it could be precluded from a 66 or up grade but minor device hits will not drop a grade. You also have to realize that NGC and PCGS grade mostly on luster, then they look for hits and spots. It's all about luster! Lincoln Cent Lover!
