IMO, it looks like:

EF details, minor rim dings, corrosion (mostly on the reverse).

The major problem is it's been pretty harshly cleaned so as to to remove the corrosion.

It was soaked in nic-a-date, it was dateless with a nearly smooth reverse and only about half of liberties head identifyable along with about a quarter of the stars. I'm wondering if ANACS would grade it as an EF-details or simply AG-3 details since I've never seen them grade any acid dated coin higher than ag-3
