1910S_1C Valued Member United States 66 Posts	Posted 11/02/2025 10:08 pm It'll be a tossup regarding the scratches--companies are more lenient of them when the coin is otherwise in basal state, but it could very well get details, or even potentially get rejected outright as unidentifiable (if they deem the "7" too weak to verify).
